The founder of RHC and Associates broke into the recruiting industry in May of 1994. With three years of recruiting knowledge working with other firms, Mr. Carter decided to open the doors of RHC and Associates. Mr. Carter’s plan is to create an atmosphere of win-win situations for both candidates and clients by putting together a quality and knowledgeable team to relate with the clients and candidates in the I.S. field. As of today, RHC & Associates employs seven full time recruiters, two part time recruiters, and five consultants in the Minneapolis market. We will expand into a second office in the future.
